North MacGregor Relief Tunnel
The largest underground tunneling project in Houston’s history. The tunnels purpose is to manage the storm waters in the area surrounding the Houston Medical Center. Survtech was tasked with navigating the massive underground tunnel boring machine using TACS guidance software, making Survtech one of the few in the state with such experience.
Woodlands Church, The Woodlands Campus
When Woodlands Church was in the process of developing their 124+ acres it was Survtech Surveyors that took the campus from raw land to the ever evolving church community seen today. Survtech handled laying and staking out everything on the site from the structures lots to the drainage and detention.
Vision Park, Shenandoah
The Vision Park planned business development in Shenandoah is over 60 acres of commercial development and Survtech Surveyors participated in every stage of its planning and development.
Grand Lake Estates, Montgomery
A 1600 acre development with over 500 acreage homesites, the Grand Lake Estates development in Montgomery, Texas features amenities like hiking/biking trails and an 18 hole golf course and clubhouse. Survtech provided the platting of the development and it’s property lines, easements, roads, and utilities.
